APPRAISAL SOFTWARE: Alamode software, Total and Apex Sketch program. We utilize software for USPAP, UAD compliant appraisals and can complete ENV, XML and PDF formatted appraisals. Current Status: Christopher A Young is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Washington and Oregon. FHA Approved in both states and VA approved in Clark & Skamania County WA, and the Tri County area of Portland Oregon. Personal History: I have been a member of Clark County for the last 45 years in that time, I graduated from Prairie High School, after which I attended Clark College for engineering. I started Appraisal related courses in 1991 and became a licensed appraiser in 1992 opening my Appraisal business in May of 1992. Currently I have completed over 200 hours of Real Estate Appraisal related courses over the last 25 years including technical classes for report writing, reading blue prints and ethic’s courses related to real estate appraising
